Our truffles do contain soy as soy lecithin. Soy lecithin can be found in our regular dark chocolate products, as well as milk and white chocolate. The EXCELLENCE 85%, 90%, 95%, 99% and 100% bars are our only products that do not contain soy lecithin. We have an allergen control program in place and adhere to a strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) system in order to reduce the risk of cross contamination. However, we do label all of our products with "may contain traces of soy" as a precaution for the most sensitive consumers.
